Where does The Hair Routine ship?
The Hair Routine currently ships to the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Australia. We are working on bringing The Hair Routine everywhere around the globe. Tag @thehairoutine or send us a message to let us know where you live!
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 1 pm ET are processed the next business day. You’ll get a shipment notification e-mail with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way!

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
The Hair Routine is not responsible for any custom or duties fees. Please, check your country’s import rules before placing the order.
What hair types are The Hair Routine products suitable for?
The Hair Routine products are appropriate for all hair types. They’re natural, non-irritating, and paraben-free.
Are the products natural? How natural?
All products are + 95% natural or slightly higher. In other words, supernatural for a performance product.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your The Hair Routine. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Your order number must be provided to place a return. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. E-mail us at email@example.com and we’ll help you place the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
