BALANCING SHAMPOO

The Balancing Shampoo gently cleanses the scalp while preserving the strand’s health. This formula is made of vitamin B5, natural sugars, coconut oil, and eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils that create a creamy texture to fresh yet nourish the scalp.

BALANCING CONDITIONER

The Balancing Conditioner is a low pH formula designed for daily nourishment and hydration. Its thick texture is made of coconut, grapeseed, and argan oils to soften the strands instantly. The subtle additions of eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils help leave the strands fostered and refreshed.

It can function as a rinse-out or as a leave-in.

REPAIR TREATMENT

The Repair Treatment restores hair mass and volume with regenerative ingredients such as keratin, oats, corn, wheat, soy proteins, and oat amino acids. Blended with cocoa butter, coconut oil, meadowfoam seed oil, vitamin E, panthenol, white nettle flower, ginseng, and gleditsia australis seed extracts, this formula helps the strands regain strength. It contains a combination of clary sage and lemongrass oils that gives its scent.

After you shampoo your hair and rinse it off, spread the mask throughout your damp hair and wait for 5 to 20 minutes. Rinse off and condition your hair to seal the cuticles and trap the treatment in the strands.

Nice product if they actually send it.

I was charged for a full order and only half of it was sent. Spent weeks emailing them for an update on why only half of my order was sent but I was charged the full amount and they won't respond. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company for being charged. I would avoid this company. Their products are/were great but getting them is the problem. It's not worth ordering from them to deal with this. You will be charged and nothing is sent. Also, the email for cancelling your subscription is the same email for customer service so good luck on trying to cancel your subscription. They won't respond.

Great product

Great product, the worst company on earth. I cannot believe they're still in business with the way they treat their customers. It has been a month, still never received what I paid for and they will not respond to e-mail or text. They're lucky they're in canada and I'm in the u.s.

Customer service unreachable

I didn't order this second bundle and I've been trying to reach customer service for weeks (phone, text, email) and I haven't received a single response. Apparently I was put on an automatic subscription for this product which I DON'T want. Zero stars, do not recommend.

Best product out there

From the ordering, receiving my products in a beautiful box and using the app to create a routine for my hair I feel like this is the best experience I ever had with hair care. The Hair Routine really cares about me feeling empowered, beautiful and loved, and I could feel it through every step of the way.
